Originally Born in Oregon, Zoey spent her childhood moving up and down the west coast until finally landing in Morro Bay. This beautiful utopia became a central location in her life even as she continued to live and travel across all 50 states in the U.S. In her early twenties she continued to explore various countries around the world. She brings a wealth of life experiences and a natural gift for healing to her practice.
Zoey is an integrative healer with a strong foundation in holistic modalities. Her healing journey began when her own health was compromised, leading to a deep impact on her mental well-being. Through physical movement and a spiritual path, she found profound healing in her recovery, which inspired her to dedicate her life to health and wellness.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Zoey specializes in the energetic connection between somatic health and the role energy plays in chronic pain. Her goal is not only to help clients regain mobility but also to address the root cause of discomfort and clear energetic blockages. Her approach combines myofascial release, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, stretch-and-release techniques, Reiki, and cupping.
